Mg Motor India - Complaint Against MG Motors Regarding Defective MG Hector Plus Registration Number

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against MG Motors regarding a persistent issue with my MG Hector Plus, bearing registration number BR**PL****. The purpose of this complaint is to seek your intervention and assistance in resolving the matter.
I purchased the MG Hector Plus approximately two years ago, and since then, I have faced numerous breakdowns and experienced clutch burning on three to four separate occasions, despite the vehicle's odometer reading being only **,*** km. This recurring problem has not only caused significant inconvenience but has also tarnished my reputation as a politician who relies on reliable transportation.
Despite diligently following proper driving procedures and having owned seven cars from different manufacturers without encountering similar issues, the clutch burning problem persists in my MG Hector Plus. I strongly believe this to be a manufacturing defect, as it is neither reasonable nor financially viable for me to bear the burden of approximately ₹* lakh every **,*** km for clutch replacements.
To further support my claim, I have personally visited the MG Motors service center and witnessed several other MG Hector diesel owners facing the same clutch burning issue. Additionally, I have come across numerous complaints on online forums from customers who have experienced identical problems with their MG Hector vehicles. This widespread evidence indicates a systemic flaw in the manufacturing of the MG Hector Plus, affecting multiple customers.
I kindly request your urgent attention and intervention to address this matter effectively. I urge you to thoroughly investigate the root cause of the recurring clutch burning issue in the MG Hector Plus and take appropriate corrective measures to rectify the problem. As a loyal customer of MG Motors, I had high expectations of the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, which have unfortunately been compromised in this instance.
I expect a prompt response from the Consumer Forum regarding the actions you intend to take to address this issue. I am willing to cooperate fully with any investigations and technical examinations required to find a lasting solution. However, it is crucial that this matter is resolved promptly to prevent any further damage to my vehicle and to restore my faith in the MG brand.
In the event that a satisfactory resolution is not achieved within a reasonable timeframe, I may have no choice but to seek legal remedies through the appropriate channels. I sincerely hope it does not come to that and that the Consumer Forum can effectively intervene to rectify this matter.
