I had booked a Mahindra Scorpio N Z* Petrol Manual vehicle from Mahindra Auto website auto.mahindra.com on **th August ****.
The promised date for delivery was Jan-Feb ****. However, we got a call from our Sales executive from the dealer India Garage, Whitefield, Bengaluru on **th of August **** that the vehicle is in manufacturing and will be delivered in less than a month.
When we visited the dealership on **rd Sept ****, we were told that there has been a miscommunication and the delivery will take some time. We shared our suspicions that they have given our vehicle to another customer at a premium amount (black). They told us to wait for their update and they will get back to us.
On **th Sept. ****, after waiting for almost ** months, I was shocked to receive an email from Mahindra that the booking has been cancelled and they need my bank account details to refund the money.
This is completely unacceptable and unethical, and I demand that Mahindra honour the booking and deliver my vehicle to me ASAP
