I have paid ₹**,*** for online course on Vedantu at around *:**pm , on *th January ****, through Paytm UPI transaction via their website via payupayments (Vedantu's payment partner),then Paytm UPI transaction was successful, i have received money got debited message from my bank, and but the vedantu's persons says they didn't receive the money. Since then I have been pleasing them , and provided every genuine proof they asked for , but they refused to show their genuine proofs! , Since then it's been more than a year , i didn't get my money back. Please helping me with this.
