Vcare Hair Hospital - Vcare biocel treatment take but no result

I went for consultation I met the manager he was so rude and he not ready to answer my questions and he suggested to few treatment and aske why you came now it's already late like that after that he forced me to pay the money on same day his intentions was j need to pay the money that time itself he told vcare is the big brad you need to pay the payment today or we wont give you the offer if your coming for next week offer will goes to someone like that ,then I have raised the complaint and the ask me to pay the amount after
While treatment only I told I don't find the results doctor told me to wait for still * sittings after that I don't find the doctor someone else told me to take the sittings after that doctor also gone whenever I called the vcare they won't give the solution they ask me to pay for new treatment, * weeks before I went and complaint regarding treatment manager told will call you on Tuesday,from the Tuesday I called the vcare daily basis they are givingexcuses and today manager will call you tomorrow like that, someone help me what I can do for this issue
