I have been going for skin treatment (acne and scars in body and face) to vcare from **th July ** in chennai, ambattur.
It's been * months and i opted for credit card emi option. Its mentioned in bill that cash back will be processed within ** days however even after * months I haven't got it. Tried contacting multiple times and didn't get response. Today (**th jan **) they are asking for my "personal" bank statement to process this instead of referring their books. My treatment has also gone in vain. No improvement in skin conditions, in fact it has worsened the situation. Please help me get my money back.
