I had ordered for Red Georgatte semi stiched material with Moti work and Duppata of Rs. **** and paid online through netbanking in Advance. Received wrong product yesterday - Pink Cotton material with golden embroidery. When I contact customer care by mail they informed me that I have to send wrong order on my own expenses and also there will be deduction for COD and Delivery charges. Their website claims there will be free delivery and Easy returns and If I have paid in advance why COD charges will be deducted??
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
