I have taken sim of vodafone red plan in which they offer me amazon prime and after * year expiry they renewed in my bill without my concern amd after that i know this i get deactivated same amd confirm it from there dialing no and email and after that when my bill comes there was charge of vas *** however my bill come maxium *** but april bill come for **** which i have to pay because lockdown was going and i cant to any thing because they cut services to and even sending mail to service they only say this is our usage charge and all no clarification given to remove that just need you help information.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
