varafi com - Varafi Flight Ticket booking fraud

I had booked a flight from Kolkata to Bangalore on **rd Dec **** for travel on **st Dec **** from Varafi website with Booking ID VID********** Flight G* ‐ *** amount Rs *****. But no ticket received on mail id * days before the flight which is on **th Dec ****, they said that, the flight is aborted but didn’t give me any other flight options. They said that they will refund the amount within a few days.but no refund came till date its more than a month neither nobody is responding on the customer support no. Provided on website. It’s a complete fraud website cheating on public on the name of flight booking. But Google also have to take responsibility as how google is allowing these fraudesters to run there game so easily on internet. They should immidietly block this website and take necessary actions against them but still the site is working swiftly and is coming on top while searching for booking flight tickets. I have been calling them up for refund but their executives have no answer. They keep on saying **-** hours are required for refund but have no clue when will this **-** hours end. On email also, they are not able to give any proof of payment made and keep on asking for more time and my patience.
