ALTAF RAZA filed complaint against Valmo Courier on Apr 11, 2026
I am filing this complaint against Meesho and Valmo courier regarding a serious pickup issue that occurred * days ago. The pickup executive (Aditya) arrived very late, around * PM, and only after multiple follow-ups. He stated that there were too many packets and that he would scan them later at the hub.
He collected ** packets, but only ** have been updated on the portal. The remaining * packets are neither updated nor returned. Despite continuous follow-ups for the past * days, there has been no response from Valmo or Meesho support.
This has caused me financial loss and mental harassment. I request immediate compensation of ₹**** for the missing packets and strict action against the courier partner. I also request that Valmo courier be permanently blocked from my account.
Kindly resolve this issue urgently.
