Valmo Courier - Delivery boy refused for doorstep delivery

Delivery boy was very rude, I requested please come to the doorstep for delivery but the guy refused arrogantly. This feels very insulting and I m disheartened by valmo for keeping these types of delivery boy ( Mr Ratnesh ) in ur company.
