Ordered a valentine's day gift (Flowers, cake, teddy and card) package and winni promised to deliver it on **th Feb. Gift not yet delivered and their customer care team is saying will deliver it on **th or **th (that is against their promising date&time) which is also not happened and acceptable.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
