I ordered for "Vivid Aureate Roses Bouquet". As per the display image and descriptions in the website the basket contains ** Red Roses, Seasonal fillers. After I received the order I totally surprised to see that what product I have ordered and what they delivered is totally different product and product which they delivered is of very cheap quality.
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Winni. I have not expected this type of service from gifting website.

Please review the matter by concerned department and do the needful.
