Uttarika Services - Uttarika Transcripts package not delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,

I registered made full payment with Uttarika Services for collecting my degree transcripts from Anna University and sending them to WES (World Education Services), Canada and to me. Before applying, I got their mail confirmation that they can get transcripts from Anna university without any issues. They told it will be done in * weeks. Since Dec ** ****, my application is in "Ready to submit status" and they keep postponing without giving any ETA.

It has been more than a month and if this is not delivered on time, it does not serve any purpose as I need this on time for my Canada immigration. When I asked for cancellation they are asking **% of the the total amount, I have no reason to pay them for them not keeping the commitment.

I faced similar issue with itranscripts and they refunded full amount as they could not collect the transcripts from Anna university because they admitted that it is their fault. So I feel cheated with Uttarika services. Request your help for the justice I deserve.

I have following proofs and can submit on demand! I am unable to submit multiple documents on this website.
