Dear SIr,
I choose Uttarika Services to get the "Medium of Instruction Letter" from my University. They told me to pay the money through online and I paid **,***
They came back asking for more money (*,***/-) and I told that I cannot afford & why this was not informed earlier. There were talking abt their policies and nothing was informed to me about additional payment
I did not like the way they were talking to me and their services. I requested them to refund my money. And they refunded by holding/deducting *,***/ without doing any services. It was waste of time for me and all they way I went my University by myself and got the work done (which is a cost for me)
Pls help to get the refund of the deducted money *,***/-. (I already spoke to them on this and they are not responding)
