We are having same problem from month every time we have complaint at each time solving the problem but problem is not solved and token was closed from your office. We are tiring to call you seen morning on this nodal officer no. no one is picking the phone. What is use of this number to be displayed on website? I am your costumer seen **** every year I renew the package for ** year. ** days back I have also purchase new connection with reference. I am thinking why I should continue your services. Which I paying to you per month is more than your other competitors.

Sir you have replace my Motorola modem on **th May **** from that day I have to call your office refresh the modem, reconnect every time modem and router . I have called your office so many times they are not registering our compliant also with your record. I have all the call logs haw may time I have called same compliant. I personally visit your office your hathway office ****-*******.
