Paytm Mall - Used product received

I purchased hp laptop from paytm order no. **********. The laptop was delivered on **-**-****. I filed the retrun request on the same date. I checked the warranty on the laptop its shows * months extended warranty first warranty expires. But the company always say the investigation is running. I gave all the photos and videos but not resolve the matter. They not giving me a particular date for resolution of this matter. They did not refund my amount. How paytm sell the old product to the customer. Its loss of money time and mental peace.
