Myntra - Used product received

I placed an order for a mascara and I received it without the product packaging. Instead of the brand packaging which has the ingredients list, MPR & expiry date mentioned they sent me the mascara in a small brown colored box. Receiving a product without its brand packaging implies that the product that I received may be a used one. On talking to customer support for *-** times and writing the issue to them again and again they were highly unresponsive and even if they responded once a while they’d say that they found nothing in their quality check and they can’t accommodate my return request. I had no authority to place a return, next day I received a text saying my product will be picked up today, the pickup guy picked the product and there’s no refund . On talking to the customer support they say they’re transferring my call to the senior supervisor and they leave me on hold. What a fraud you’re Myntra
