Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Phones and Accessories
The issue that I have experienced was:
I had received apple iPhone XS MAX on **-Sept-****, inside flipkart package as following issues
*. Wrapper of phone box open
*. Phone already on inside package
*. Charger unable to plug socket. Outside charger provided.
*. Outside India SIM inserted
*. SIM PIN device missed in box
*. When I changed SIM card from JIO, then phone activation error comes on screen and try to activate and failed.
*. Invalid SIM card message displayed. After that I updated software from connection of WIFI but same issue persists.
It occurred on: */**/****
Either replace the item or refund amount.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
