I ordered one kurta and skirt set from Meesho on **thApril ****. It got delivered on **rd May ****. On opening the package I found that I have received old, torn cloths ( shirt and salwar). I tried for return buy they denied as the received product was not matching the ordered product. Customer Support also said that they cant help me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
