I Bought S*** from Lenovo park store at GIP, On **th December bought this particular unit. However before purchase never thought that Mr. Pradeep brought used unit with color bleeding and screen flickering.Main disadvantage of buying a laptop is that i didn't observe completely and pradeep did himself. as he brought used unit and wanted to ensure that no stone left unturned in terms of issue. I complaint about barcode scan crushed, he told nothing sir everything is fine with it. In the mid of finance process i am unable to back out, however i thought that unit is new one but later when i came back home amd realised carefully that void was hidden with delivery receipts paster over the black void was hidden and pradeep cleverley moved the same to deceive. As it was stated earlier that in the mid of finance process i couldn't back out. Number of notable differences appeared like screen flickering, color bleeding in power off mode. List goes on, On **th December **** i decided to write against this store because pradeep blatantly disconnects my calls and repeatedly ignored my concern. I tried with lenovo customer support which always ends up in a long hold, wrote them on whats app. Again customer support diverted me for premium care, same thing. Long hold, finally i wrote grievance to national consumer helpline . Till now issue is not resolved and only number of mails exchanged, where lenovo denied to help want service report or hardware issue. I even wrote them for display issue, but they failed to reply satisfactorily.
