Flipkart - Used dishwasher delivered

I ordered a Voltas Beko dishwasher from Flipkart on Aug *, with full amount prepaid in advance. Flipkart delivered a used item in shabby and torn outer packaging. There was also no inner foam/thermocol padding and scratch marks all over the item.

I raised a replacement request on the same day, Aug * with all evidence of the item being used and not new. They closed my case on the following day, rejecting my replacement request without giving any reason.

I have sent several more emails and messages through the Flipkart app, but there has been no response from them.

I called their customer service several times to ask about the reason for rejecting my replacement request and each time they kept me waiting saying they are checking the details and finally hang up the call.
