Meesho aap - used damaged received with missing items

I order a product which I received as used product and items were missing on it. i requested for exchange and past * days I have been siting at home because i m receiving sms from meesho partnered delivery shadowfex that they will come to pick my parcel. I gave back call my self delivery boy is disconnecting my call past * days. I raised complain through customer care but they are least bothered to look into the matter and each time I need to explain the query and they say wait till EOD,I requested to cancel the exchange option and return the product they didnot agree to it and when I tried to apply it from application it was approved but not reflecting in application Even i did the same and at end one of the executive name ROHIT said he will provide the solution and to give him call back after ** mints when I called next executive received the call, she said she cannot connect to the last executive who it self said to give call back and while I was talking she had put my call on hold left it off.
