I purchased a Bose Smart Speaker *** from the website abuggy.com, which displayed a new product but the item delivered was a used and defective one. The company now is incommunicado. Nobody attends to the call made to the number on the website and now nobody responds to whatsapp request for response. There is no visibility on management of the company for escalation. Request to refund the amount i have paid INR *****
