I had ordered a bluetooth speaker and they told me * days delivery confirmed on phone and text message (proof available) and after * days of non delivery...they stopped responding to my messages and blocked my number. They have the audacity to just disconnect from all forms of communication with the customer and as good as saying that I dont care and will not return your money.
Need refund on same.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
