Dear Ekart/Seller,I ordered [describe shoe: black Nike football shoe size **,as showen in image I sent] from your Instagram profile [balance_shoe_****] on [**-march-****], total ₹****. Paid ₹*** advance via UPI (txn ID: [************]) and ₹**** COD on delivery [**.march.****].But received completely different/wrong item as showen in the unboxing video[very cheep quality and worthless Chinese shoe]. This is "deficiency in service" and "unfair trade practice" under Consumer Protection Act, ****.Demand:Arrange return pickup IMMEDIATELY (within ** hrs) for the wrong item.Refund full ₹**** (₹*** UPI + ₹**** COD) to my UPI [abdulsameer****-*@okaxis]within * days.
