Ekart Company - Ekart logistics not delivering my product even after personally visiting the logistics centre

On *rd of October it was shown that product is out for delivery but didn't deliver them after it was rescheduled on *th October. Since then it is continuously getting rescheduled. On **th of October I personally visited the delivery center where it shown as received i.e. ekart logistics center domalguda. They assured me it will be delivered till evening after that it showed me out for delivery but nobody called and it again got rescheduled. Today I again visited that branch and waited for *.* hrs then too didn't get the product. It is still showing out for delivery.

Ekart Company – Fake product Open
A fake parcel from ekart logistic has been delivered to me not once but twice and now im filing it to considering about the company's negligence and the delivery boy refused to take back the product on the Spot wh.....
