Aditya Birla Finance Limited - Urgent need of Money Misinformation of Employee leading to distress

I put in *L in ****. I didn’t have need for the money till the start of the year so didn’t look into it. But in Jan I asked Aditya employee Syed to close my investment and return funds to account. I was informed by Syed that I need to wait until may to withdraw. I took the information to be right as an employee was the one giving it. Even though I had urgent need, I accepted and stayed quiet. Since April I tried reaching out to make sure I get the money back early may. Now Syed and employees at Aditya say I have to wait another year as tax laws have changed and I can’t withdraw now. Another employee I spoke to regarding this told I could have withdrawn in January this year. Now for *-* weeks I have been reaching out to them on phone to no use. I was in need of money in Jan, still in need now. If the money isn’t available when the customer needs it what use is an institution or that money. When depositing the money in ****, employees came home multiple times, but when I’m in need they don’t even pick up calls. My only criteria when depositing money was it should be easily accessible, or liquid to withdraw whenever I want. I was assured of this by Syed(Aditya) & Arun(Hdfc) but now they say that’s not the case. What if I’m dead before next year?!
