aditya birla finance limited - Deducting emi even after making payment

I will pay every month emi to Aditya Birla Finance Limited for the home loan taken and this emi was deducted every month of ** from my registered bank account number ************. This month salary got delayed so, i have deposited emi amount from my personal savings and requested to cut my emi. But, i got call from agent with phone number ********** to immediately pay the emi amount of Rs. ***** on **th march, **** and on **th march, I have made payment of Rs. ***. I had sent the screenshots of payment to ABCF to confirm it on whatsapp also. But it was not confirmed and my emi of rs. ***** and rs. *** again deducted on **th march. So, please go through attachment and help me to get refund the excessively deducted emi to my bank account.

Kindly help me to get return the excessively deducted emi amount which was deducted by bank.
