Dear MakeMyTrip Customer Support,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my bus booking (Booking ID: NU***************) made through MakeMyTrip.
On the date of travel, I called the bus operator and waited on the call for almost one hour. After the long wait, the operator informed me that the bus had been cancelled. Since then, I have not received my refund, and the bus operator is now not answering my calls.
Here are my booking details:
Booking ID: NU***************
Bus Operator: Holidays Travels, Contact no. ***** *****
Journey Date & Time: **.**.****, time - **.** pm
Amount Paid: ₹****
Cancellation informed on: **.**.****
This cancellation was from the operator’s side, so I request you to kindly process my refund at the earliest. I have already faced inconvenience and financial loss due to this issue.
Kindly escalate this matter and update me on the refund status as soon as possible. I am ready to provide any further information if needed.
