Kia Motors india - Urgent Complaint Regarding Persistent Engine Issues in Kia Seltos FX 1212 Request for Resolution or

I am writing to raise a serious and long-pending complaint regarding my Kia Seltos vehicle (Registration No: UP** FX ****), which has been experiencing persistent technical issues since June ****.
The car repeatedly displays warnings including “Engine Check,” “Pollution Check,” and “Regeneration Required.”

Despite multiple visits to your authorized service center, Prem Wheels (Sikandra-Mathura Road, Agra Uttar Pradesh), no permanent resolution has been provided.

My car has remained at the service center for over *** days in total over the past year.

The engine has been opened multiple times, which I believe has significantly affected its durability and performance.
I am continuously paying EMI for a vehicle that is not functioning properly.

Due to the car being unavailable for extended periods, I am forced to rely on external transportation.

The unresolved issues have caused me severe mental stress and have damaged my image in society, due to the frequent breakdowns and unreliability of the vehicle.

Despite repeated complaints, I have only received complaint numbers, without any effective resolution. I now demand the following:

Engine replacement or complete resolution of the issue.

If the car cannot be repaired properly, I request a replacement vehicle.

Appropriate compensation for mental harassment, transportation costs, and loss of personal reputation.
