Kia Motors india - Inordinate delay in refund by Kia Seltos

On *th Sep, ****, I had requested Frontier Kia Gurgaon to cancel my Kia Seltos booking and make refund of booking advance of Rs.*****/ ( Rupees twenty five thousand only )
I duly emailed my cancelled cheque to them alongwith my refund request
Although ** days have since elapsed , refund hasn't been given to me despite several calls and emails to them.
Please get me my money refunded.
