I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase from Myntra platform and the subsequent handling of my complaint.

Product Name/Description: Saree
Upon receiving the product on **-**-**, I discovered that it was stained. The stain is on all Over Saree and it was Used, which significantly impacts the usability of the item.
I raised multiple complaints regarding this issue, but unfortunately, my requests for a return have been denied. I have attached photographs of the stained product for your reference.
Below are many complaints that i have raised and got without proper investigation.

As a loyal customer, I believe I deserve to receive products in pristine condition, as advertised at the time of purchase. I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation:
Please provide clear instructions for returning the stained product and receiving a replacement or a full refund from Myntra.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
