Clove Dental - Urgent Complaint Regarding Ineffective LMS Aligners Treatment

Iam writing this to formally raise a complaint regarding the aligner treatment I have been undergoing at your Kushaiguda branch. I was referred to Clove Dental to correct a minimal gap in my front tooth, and based on the doctor’s suggestion, I proceeded with aligners instead of braces. Unfortunately, this entire experience has been highly unsatisfactory.

I was advised and provided with LMS aligners (a local brand) for which I paid around ₹**,***. In the last three years, I have completed the provided sets of aligners, but I have seen no visible improvement in my tooth alignment. Despite repeatedly requesting for an alternative brand, the team has continued to provide only LMS aligners. This has caused the following issues:

No improvement in my tooth gap; it remains the same.
Severe discomfort and pain due to hard aligners.
Disturbance to my other teeth, worsening my overall dental condition.
Difficulty in eating properly because of misalignment and pain.
Lack of proper support or resolution.

Iam extremely frustrated and disappointed as the treatment has not been effective and instead has made my dental condition worse. Considering the amount I have already paid and the three years of ineffective treatment, I strongly feel this issue needs immediate escalation.

At this point, I do not wish to continue with the current treatment plan at Kushaiguda branch. I request the refund/ alternate treatment
