Clove dental - Delay in service and misbehavior on questioning

Hi Team,
This is to bring to your attention that I am not ok with the timely services provided at Jaipur location, Vaishali Branch.

My appointment is cancelled from * weeks continuously and every time it is a week delay in making an appointment. On **th Aug one guy called from clinic and when I tried to share the problem he disconnected the call like they doesn’t bother. I called in minutes of time a lady doctor picked and she misbehaved and was very rude. She was very harsh and instead of listening to me she stated “let me complete don’t interrupt me” when I used the same statement on her she said I am misbehaving with her.

I called the clinic on *th August and requested them not to give appointment on **th August as I have prior commitments and they called and were giving **th August appointment. So I raised a question on how they take records of the patient as it has been found that the tracking mechanisms is absolutely poor. Questioning made your team offended and all started raising their voices. They said Doctor is not available we cannot do anything, and I have to understand this. How they running a clinic without a doctor.

I don’t have any issue with the treatment, I am facing lot of issues in getting appointments and this time it is almost delayed by a month. My last appointment was in June. And the way they track or maintain a patient record is questionable from day one. And now the doctors treat is a something newly added.

Now I don’t want to continue my treatment from CLOVE and request my **% refund. Thanks
