I ordered a black jeans from urbanic but i received completely wrong product it is black it's pattern was completely different and colour was fade it's was not matching with the picture is shown in the urbanic
So that's why i raised return request but they continuously rejecting my request by saying that the product is not related to them....there is tag attached in the product is from urbanic...but they are denying and not accepting my return request
I don't want that product anymore
I want my refund from urbanic
