Urban Ladder Home Decor Solutions Private Limited - Urban Ladder Complaint

Please do not to buy any of urban ladder wall mounted cupboard as you never know when they would come crashing down and cause a lot of additional damages to you!!

Part of my wall unit came crashing down on the printer damaging it beyond repairs and destroying the crystal set (which was the only thing inside the display unit, had to mention this as urban ladder raised a query about the cupboard being overloaded)

The company claims the warranty period is * year only and to my understanding consumers should not keep any of their valuable display items in such units, as beyond a year we never know when things might go bad and things come crashing and you loose all your stuff.

After the complaint was raised, the company apologies for the loss I have faced. (we would like to rework and reinstall the product by adding an additional clamp(If required) without any charges even though the product is out of warranty. ) this is a part of the mail sent to me by urban ladder, After all this they back track from the promise of reworking on the unit and say that whatever is broken (like the planks in the cupboard cannot be repaired or replaced) but they would fix it back the way it was.
PS: the broken unit with the planks cracked and damaged.

This is very frustrating as this is not at all the customer services which is expected by a reputed company like urban ladder.
