I have placed an order with them * month ** days back and I have been following up with them for the order status and delivery and not getting anything from them. I have mailed them as well for the refund if they are not able to fulfill my order. I have not got back from them for that either. I followed them on twitter and linkedin and they have a lot of similar complaints from other people. I have tried reaching them on their customer support number and the number is always busy. Need full refund from them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
