Uptownie - Uptownie not letting me use my wallet money

I bought clothes from uptownie online which was low standard as compared to what was shown on the site. So I initiated return which took a lot of time and they deducted shipping charges and returned the balance amount to the wallet and not to the original payment source.
Now that i want to use my money which they have added in the wallet, i have been trying to do so since last close to *.* months. I am not able to use my own money which they are not letting me. They have blocked my money and are not releasing it even though I have reached out for support so many times.
This is a pure harassment as I have been trying to reach out to uptownie for support all over the mail, through Instagram and I am not getting any help inspite of following up on regular basis. This is a hard earned money which i can't be just leaving with them. They are trying to harass me by not providing support, so that i stop following and leave my money. I want my hard earned money back in my original account or they should let me use that money atleast to buy something, but i won't be leaving it with them.
Requesting your support in helping me and letting them understand that they can't just trap their customers like this.
