Sai Ram Somanaboina filed complaint against Phone pe on Dec 8, 2018
UPI transaction failed (through PhonePe app) but the amount gets debited from the account. Now the phone pe support is saying that they verified with bank and there is no issue with transaction.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
