AMOL DWIVEDY filed complaint against BHIM on Mar 23, 2024
Sir, I tried to book a gas cylinder through the BHIM App on * March ****. The transaction amounting to Rs *** failed and I got a message from the BHIM app that the money will be reversed in the next * working days. I waited for * days but the money was not refunded. I reached out to the BHIM customer care but till date, no action has been taken. I reported this incident to SBI, in which my bank account is, but even they are not helping me at all.
Its been more than * weeks since the failed transaction but neither BHIM Customer care nor the SBI are willing to help me get my money of Rs *** back to my account.
It has been an abysmal experience for me since I am an employee working from morning *am to *pm and I have had to handle both my work life as well as this incident simultaneously which is causing me intense mental harrassment.
I sincerely request you to help me get my money amounting to Rs *** back to my account. I will be submitting the screenshot of the failed transaction for your reference.
I sincerely request you to please help me in this matter.
