Amit Valecha filed complaint against BHIM on Jul 2, 2017
Made two transaction through BHIM app approx ****. Transaction status -Failed. No option for raising query, tried calling customer care then they say they cannot take transaction complaint and go to website and submit complaint. Went to website, registered complaint through "Contact Us" option. Got an email refund will be processed soon. No luck ! found out customer care email sent complaint again. No luck ! found twitter handle raised complaint again. Shameless people blocked me on twitter and did not even do to resolve my issue.
