Dafabet App - UPI Payment Successful but Dafabet Wallet Not Credited

I made a UPi payment to the vendor UPi ID provided by Dafabet to add money to my wallet. The payment was successful, and the amount was received by the vendor, but my Dafabet wallet was not credited. I shared the utr and transaction proof, but Dafabet is not responding. Please help me get my wallet credited or refund the amount.
