Dafabet App - Deposited amount not credited

I have deposited ***** to my dafabet account on **th March **** . It's been more than * months,still the dafabet ai care is saying that funds not received but my bank confirmed that funds successfully transferred to receipt bank. Even after providing proper screenshot of payment with all details, the dafabet not responding properly.
