there is no company money paid from one party to another party - UPI Payment failed but money deducted from bank and it s been more than 4 months no update on refund

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with two payments made via Paytm on **th March and *st May, amounting to ₹*,*** and ₹**,*** respectively. Unfortunately, these amounts have neither been received by the intended recipient nor refunded to my account.

I have visited my bank, which advised me to check with Paytm. However, Paytm's customer service has instructed me to resolve the issue through their app, which has not provided a solution. It has now been two months, and my hard-earned money is still stuck.

I am very disappointed with the lack of resolution from both Paytm and the bank. I request your immediate assistance in resolving this matter.
