Google Pay - UPI Google Pay payment failed and money didn t reverse back

Hello Consumer Forum,
This is to inform you that I am Dulal Chand Karmakar, Mob No - ***********, Email ID - dulal*****@gmail.com. This Mob no and Email ID are registered with Google Pay account.
I made a UPI transaction of rs ***** on *th April **:**. The transaction was failed and money got deducted. So, I contacted with Google Pay through helpline no and even raised a ticket in their app. They told me to wait * working days and then the money will get credited in my account. It's already crossed the deadline however I didn't get the money back.
Would request you please help me with the same as it is huge amount for me.
