What I sent to upgrad-"Dear UpGrad Team, I’m writing to formally raise serious concerns about the quality and consistency of the learning experience I’ve received so far. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. For the past ** days, I’ve been unable to study properly due to persistent platform issues. Specifically: - Live sessions are not feasible due to my work schedule, so I rely entirely on recorded videos. - These videos have either been inaccessible or extremely poor in quality for the past ** days—the resolution often drops so low (likely ***p) that I can’t even read what’s on the screen, despite setting it to the highest available (***p). - This disruption has severely impacted my ability to complete assignments and meet deadlines. - I need a clear answer: Will the submission deadline be extended by ** days to compensate for this delay? In addition, several key features that were promised at the time of enrollment have not been delivered at all: - The AWS lab is not fully functional—it auto-deletes or resets after ** minutes, making it unusable for real practice. I had to create my own AWS account just to continue learning. - There is no such thing as weekly doubt-solving sessions. - UpGrad promised a dedicated UpGrad Buddy to help with daily doubts, but when I asked for support, I was told the concept of the UpGrad Buddy has been discontinued. Why was this not communicated before taking my money? To make matters worse, I was explicitly promised a refund option if things didn’t work out. But when I followed up, I was informed that the person who handled my admission had been removed from UpGrad—and that I could no longer opt for a refund. This is not just frustrating—it’s a clear sign of mismanagement and lack of accountability. I want to be very clear: I am deeply unhappy with the way this program has been delivered. If these issues are not addressed immediately and transparently, I will have no choice but to escalate this publicly—including on platforms like Twitter—to highlight the gap between what was promised and what has actually been delivered.
