Binoy filed complaint against Vodafone on May 28, 2020
Did recharge of Rs*** on **th of may **** and did only one call of maximum *minute but when I checked the balance it is showing as Rs *.** how is it possible no plans are activated on my number (checked on my Vodafone app) what kid of deduction is this.
Customer service guys are not able to explain the same to me how can I get my refund please reply or send me my recharge account
