Dhani app - Unwanted charges on dhani card

I paid for dhani card subscription of ***rs subscription in which my card limit is increased upto *****. But from one month my card limit is * and didn't get any services. Now in this month they added additional ***rs in my dues of subscription. Without my approval. I called * times in customer care helpline I have recording also, they didn't solve my any problem.
