I have disconnected my Hathway broadband in Noida and shifted to my hometown. Even months later, I'm still getting innumerable calls every single day to renew my account, to take a new connection. I'm fed up and cannot take it anymore.
I also returned the device to the hathway employee but have not received my security deposit amount.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
