I am writing to report an unsolicited package delivered to my address on December **, ****, marked as COD for "hair dye shampoo." I mistakenly paid the amount upon delivery, believing it was a legitimate order I had forgotten, but later confirmed it as a fraudulent scam with no prior order from me. The package contains unknown contents, and the delivery used my personal details without authorization.Please process an immediate full refund of the COD amount paid ***/-, via Cash.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
